A valid UAE trade licence with medical equipment trading activity, establishment card, VAT registration certificate (TRN), MOHAP medical warehouse licence, and an importer licence if you act as importer of record. Manufacturer authorisation letters are optional but help buyers trust your listings.
Most complete applications are reviewed within 2 business days. If compliance needs more information, you will see the note in your portal and can re-upload without starting over.
Buyers pay into escrow when they order. Funds are released 7 days after delivery is confirmed, unless the buyer raises a dispute, and are then included in your next Wio payout.
Yes. Class I to III devices and IVDs need a UAE registration number and valid CE, FDA or ISO 13485 certificates. Restricted devices are only shown as purchasable to facilities cleared for them.
Yes. Download the CSV template, fill it in Excel or Google Sheets, and import up to 2,000 products at a time. Imported products start as drafts so you can add certificates before submitting.
After sign-up you will upload your licences, add payout bank details and sign the seller agreement. You can save and return at any time.
